The picture quality is great. But I'm annoyed with a couple user interface designs.
Selecting an Input
My other TV has an input button where each time you press the button it cycles through any inputs that are connected. The Samsung input button displays a menu and you have to navigate with the arrow buttons then select an input, it takes 4-6 button presses to change inputs (there are over a dozen inputs listed - fortunately the ones you use are near the top).
Input Display
I'm not sure when this displays but it seems like every time I change channels the TV displays information in the upper left corner for about 3-4 seconds. It displays the input (such as HDMI2), the input name, and the resolution of the input. I don't know how to turn it off.

I don't know if it works with just Sumsung devices or all devices. I have a Samsung blueray player and when you turn it on the TV automatically switches to it. At first I thought this was a cool feature. But I don't always want to switch to the player when I turn it on, sometimes I like to let a disc run through the numerous previews before I want to watch so you have to go through the selecting an input process and if you are a little slow it switches back to the player and you have to start over. When you are done and turn the player off the TV doesn't go back to the last input - you have to go through the input selection process. At least you can turn the feature off if you don't like it.

Awesome television for the price. Easy to setup . Plug In Play baby ! Your televsion receiver/cable box will make a BIG difference. Not all stations come through with HD.

I bought this TV about two weeks ago and after 2 hours of use it just turned off. I have checked the power supply and settings, they are fine. After calling Samsung, they decided to send out a service tech. I have to wait another week for the parts to come in and maybe get the TV working thereafter. I've owned the TV since April 6, 2010 and have not been able to enjoy it for more than 30 minutes. The specific problems are listed below:
TV turning off and on 2-3 times and staying off
TV going black with small amount of light shinning through
Remote completely unresponsive after changing batteries
Screen blurring at top when it does turn on
Recommendation: the (C) series is brand new, I would wait a few months until they have the bugs worked out. It is very frustrating having a brand new beautiful TV and it not working. As I indicated earlier, when it does work for a brief period, the picture is absolutely amazing on blu-ray (via PS3) and HD cable.
Samsung's customer service has been very pleasant and responsive thus far. Will follow-up after repairs.

Sound and picture quality looks great, but the picture is not in full-screen! there are two black strips on the top and bottom sides,and the display area of screen looks like a narrow band!

I just can't get over how good this set is! Looking at the LN40C630 at my local store it was just amazing. I am a really big fan of Sony but this set blew me away. The black level is just as good as any Sony they had on display and being 120hz the set had no motion issues at all. Not sure about 3D and if you're not into spending a lot of cash check out the LN40C630. If your looking for a set for your bedroom or your living room this is the perfect set.
